If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. 1. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom products (such as personalized planters or plants)
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as final sale

3. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@fusionhato.com or call (423) 538-6446 to initiate your return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Instructions: Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure the item is carefully packed to avoid damage during shipping.

  3. Ship Back the Item(s): You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is delivered safely. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged or defective item. To help us resolve the issue faster, please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at info@fusionhato.com. Depending on stock availability, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned product. If the exchange results in an additional cost, we will contact you for payment before shipping the new item.

7. Late Returns

We ask that returns be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period. If you need more time, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
